The Marge Rowing Club for the Ancient & Honourable Hiawathan Rowing Society introduces a modern new solution to the outgrown current facilities. The inspiration for the intricate design stems from the rowing boat. Along with gaining influence from water movement but in a simpler geometric pattern. This whole facility features great views of the river and downtown Minneapolis. Overall, this facility houses spaces not present in the current facility, and an expansion of all spaces. In conclusion, the Marge Rowing Club brings forward a modern and beautiful new asset to this community along with giving more people the opportunity to explore the sport of rowing.

This design started as a fourth variation of my original concepts due to design errors in those other designs and feasibility. But the design comes from a few elements. First, the top of the boat where materials meet at the highest point. Second, a geometric version. of waves with certain elements removed.
