Pella Windows + Doors Retail

Moving away from typical commercial retail stores, this new Pella Retail location proposed in Fargo, ND changes this approach to be one focused on a passive mindset. The goal was to supplement and lower the need for active systems. This building takes advantage of daylighting, cross ventilation, Photovoltaics, green roof, trombe wall, floor thermal mass, and vegetation (summer shading & reduced heat island effect). Beyond this, the building is designed to be a showcase of Pella products which are used throughout the structure.
