Orleans Bridge River Development

Orleans St. River Development is a mixed-income development featuring four-unit types for purchase or rent. This development is anchored by the existing public storage building and a new plaza with retail spaces. The design inspiration comes from the concept of warehouses that have become shells and are now retrofitted for row houses. The brick shows this “original” structure, while the metal siding shows the infill. The first phase has 18 units, with later phases including a mixed-use building and a hotel.
