HOUSE 12 NORTH 

House 12 North was developed in a series of home and studio concepts. These were developed autonomously from my education. The idea of these concepts was to develop a home along with a studio each of these explored different styles and manifestations of this. This particular iteration focuses on a more nature-inspired design and looks to create a home that serves as an escape. The second part of influence stems from both ideas of the ancient courtyard home and the modern home.  The last part is the studio which is located off the pool. Overall this home and its adjacent studio serve not only to escape but a place to be creative and call home.
